DVD/Blu-ray Refunds

As a general rule, no refunds will be given for DVDs or Blu-rays purchased from VIP Video and Design.

We do guaranteee that our products work. If for any reason your disk does not work, please let us know within the first 60 days and we will get a replacement disk to you within 3 to 5 business days.

Website Build

As a general rule, no refunds will be given for websites that are built and launched by VIP Video and Design. Billing does not take place until the site is complete and launched. This applies to sites that are transfered outside of VIP Video and Design as well.

Website Hosting/Domains Refunds

As a general rule, no refunds will be given for hosting accounts or domains registered through VIP Video and Design. This applies to accounts that are transfered outside of VIP Video and Design as well.

Event Registration Refunds

As a general rule, no refunds will be given for event registrations that are processed through VIP Video and Design. VIP Video and Design only collects registration information and payments for events and gives that information and payment over to the event organizers. If any refund is given, it will be done through the event organizers and outside of VIP Video and Design.

Other Products and Services Refunds

As a general rule, no refunds will be given for products purchased from or services provided by VIP Video and Design.
